Pulmonary Disease Intervention
The State intends to grant funding to an organization(s) in Arizona to develop, administer and implement strategies (that include preventive measures) that will decrease the incidence of Chronic Lower Respiratory Disease (CLRD) Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), asthma, emphysema and chronic bronchitis, in a manner that demonstrates sustainable scalability beyond the funding period.
