This will be a firm fixed price contract. FOB Destination Blue Grass Army Depot, Richmond Kentucky. Distribution Statement D is applicable. Any related drawing distribution authorized to US Government Agencies and their contractors only. A Militarily Critical Technical Data, DD Form 2345 is required to be on file before any related drawings peculiar to this procurement are available to prospective contractors. Contractors shall contact the US Canada Joint Certification Office at 1-800-352-3572 or email to [email protected] to request a DD Form 2345. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issues date of the solicitation is 16 May 2014 with a closing date approximately 30 days from the date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
