Publications Research and Writing Support Services
The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), 4800 Mark Center Dr. Alexandria, VA 22350, intends to procure Publications Research and Writing Support Services for the Office of the Secretary of Defense - Historical Office. The Government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed price contract for this requirement, with one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The period of performance is anticipated to start in September 2019.
