The Publisher shall provide the following services:
1.
Trim, paste or stitch, lay out proof pages and print 62,000 brochures quarterly in a style and size to be approved by the City.
2.
Deliver approximately 60,000 brochures to two (2) City determined locations for direct mailing and approximately 2,000 brochures to the Parks and Community Services Office. All copies will be delivered in bundles of 50 and turns of twenty-five (25). Distribution breakdown is subject to change.
