Publication Print Services
The department is looking for externalprint services to fulfill the needs of its customers for obtaining printed copies (PDFs) of city
specific codes, plans, design guidelines and other published materials.
The City is requesting this service to replace an existing practice of printing these documents
internally and selling them at cost at our downtown office. By outsourcing this service, the City
expects to:
Improve customer service by providing the ability for our customers to purchase online
directly from the vendor and pick up copies at the vendors multiple locations
Being more sustainable by shifting to print-on-demand
Potentially lowering the customers vehicle-miles-travelled to pick up copies at an increased
number of locations.
