Public-Private Partnership
The Department requests statements of qualifications from interested teams desiring to develop the Project through public-private partnership agreements that will include (1) a concession to design, construct, finance, operate and maintain an identified first phase of the Project and (2) pre-development activities for the remainder of the Project.
