Public Works Tire Storage Building Design Build
Non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting 12/17/2009.
The County is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified Design-Build Proposers
with the ability and capacity to design, construct, manage, and provide all construction
administration of a building to house a paper and cardboard bailing operation and store used tires.
The Proposer shall also be responsible for: landscape, fencing, gates, driveway paving, stone
surface treatment, grading, sight lighting, electrical systems, well water supply systems, storm water
systems, retention pond, septic fields, sanitary structures, installation of solid waste equipment and
associated concrete pads and attendants office.
