Public Utility Consulting Services
The PSC seeks assistance from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide professional public utility consulting service to the PSC regarding: (1) an analysis and evaluation of Delmarva’s distribution system infrastructure projects and maintenance programs identified in the rate case docket; (2) a determination of the appropriate levels of Delmarva’s reliability performance; (3) an engineering projection of the corresponding level 4 of capital investment that would be required to maintain such level of performance; and (4) an analysis of the economic impact and sustainability of that level of investment with respect to customer rates.
