Public Safety Facility & Municipal Court Construction Manager at Risk
The Town is accepting proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) Companies to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Erie Public Safety Facility and Municipal Court project. The project consists of a new stand-alone police station with attached court/multi-purpose area, located adjacent to the intersection of Avenue and County Line Road. The site for the project consists of a vacant lot approximately 6.1 acres currently owned by the Town.
