The Public Utilities Commission (PUC or the Commission) Emergency Services Communication Bureau (Bureau) seeks public safety and security consulting services to produce a comprehensive report about the optimum Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) configuration in conjunction with a feasibility study of multiple solutions than can move Maines Enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1) System from its current fixed system to a flexible Internet Protocol (IP) based system, commonly known as Next Gen 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1).
