Public Right-of-Way Recycling and Waste Collection System
Public Works is looking for a company to provide a city-wide public right-of-way recycling and waste collection system within the USD utilizing sponsorships to fund containers and collection. An RFP is needed as there is a broad range of possible services that different proposers may provide which could include collection of waste and recyclables, cleaning and maintenance of containers, securing sponsorships/advertisers, etc. The winning proposer will furnish and maintain waste and recycling containers, conduct sale of sponsorships and provide options for revenue sharing.
