The County Water Authority has spent years developing and implementing a Public Relations/Marketing plan that has helped us build a large reserve of public trust. As such, the Authority is issuing a Request for Proposals to continue past advertising and marketing initiatives as well as develop new initiatives to further broaden the SCWAs connection with their customers, to instill confidence in drinking water quality.
