The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to refresh that Spring-Fed Pool from which CalPERS can draw on an as needed basis. The overall goal in refreshing the Spring -Fed Pool is to provide CalPERS with access to a number of quality firms that have relevant experience in public affairs marketing techniques, survey and research, and benefits communication and other related issues outlined in this RFP.
