Public Relations Services & Related Services and Commodities
Issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (the "ITN") to invite interested vendors to submit Replies for the provision of public relations services.
The overall objective of this ITN is to obtain a Contractor to provide effective and
efficient statewide public relations services and any related services and/or
commodities required to support the proposed activities. The Contractor will
provide services that are consistent with the dignity and integrity of the State for
the promotion of Lottery games and initiatives, in order to raise funds for public
education. The Lottery’s objectives include:
1. Building loyalty to the Lottery brand and its array of products among
current players;
2. Attracting new and lapsed players with a clear and engaging positioning of
its games within the brand strategy; and communicating the overall fun
and excitement of playing Lottery games;
3. Attracting new retailer trade styles and locations with an effective
presentation of current business opportunities;
4. Supporting the security, integrity and ethics of the Lottery by effectively
delivering crisis communication plans and strategies; and
5. Informing all Lottery stakeholders, which include lottery players, retailers,
Florida visitors, the general public, the media, and legislative and
executive branches, about the Lottery’s mission to generate funds to
support public education, products, services, initiatives, and
accomplishments.
