The County of San Bernardino Treasurer-Tax Collector/Public Administrator (hereinafter referred to as TTC/PA or County) is seeking competitive bids for marketing, advertising and consulting services from a vendor that specializes in government, public and community relations. The TTC/PA intends to contract with a qualified vendor to provide full range public relations services inclusive of public outreach campaigns. The target audience for outreach includes but is not exclusive of taxpayers, real estate agents/brokers, title companies, escrow agents and mortgage
institutions (hereinafter referred to as Stakeholders).
It is the intent of the TTC/PA to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with a Vendor(s) who can provide these services as required by the Specifications, and Term and Conditions of this RFP.
