Public Relations RFP

This is a request for a public relations proposal. The proposal should incorporate the development of a public relations plan and the following activities: media relations, relationship building with appropriate centers of influence, and community relations activities that support overall marketing messages.
There will be several unique opportunities in 2012. We anticipate these activities would include the following:
Arranging local media coverage to include interviews and appearances at the International Builders Show and the Remodeling Show/Deck Expo
Creating and coordinating special events
Maximizing print and online exposure for promotional campaigns coordinating efforts with media contacts, writers, editors, social media contacts, bloggers, forums and other influencers
Identifying possibilities for speaking engagements, on-air interviews and appearances
Experienced Sr. staff writer for all media content creation and news releases
An average of two news releases per month with photography supplied by Fiberon
Quarterly matte releases with photography supplied by manufacturer
Identifying additional public relations opportunities within the designated budget
Media relations - international, national, trade, business, local
Award submissions
