The Department of Transportation (Department or GDOT) desires to obtain the services of a qualified firm to assist the Departments public relations staff in the development and execution of a comprehensive communication and public relations program. The offeror must be a full service firm, providing all of the basic elements of the program in-house. Industry specific tasks may be executed by a third party vendor or subject matter expert as a subcontractor upon written approval from GDOT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) IS A SEPARATE REQUEST FROM THE STATE ROAD AND TOLLWAY AUTHORITYS RFQ FOR MANAGED LANES OUTREACH AND MUST BE ADRESSED WITH A SEPARATE SUBMISSION.
