Public Relations Consulting Services
The City is seeking public relations consulting services for the
Citys Aviation Department (Aviation). The City operates several airports.
Minimum Qualifications
Each proposer must identify its staff to be assigned to provide these services.
Each assigned staff member must have 5 years continuous experience in the
last 7 years working in the public relations field.
The successful proposer will provide public relations consulting services on an
as-needed basis. Aviation anticipates requiring the following services during the
term of the agreement resulting from this RFP:
Implementing public relations campaigns with local officials and the general
public,
Promotion to national media outlets, and
Providing promotional strategy and support for special events such as ground
breakings and grand openings.
The City reserves the right to contract with the successful proposer for any or all
of these services.
