Public Outreach, Communications, and Education Support
The County seeks proposals from
qualified individual firms or team of firms (vendor or contractor) to provide a range of support services for
the Departments award-winning public outreach, communication and education programs. The
qualification of the firm or firms will be determined in part, by demonstrated successful experience in
utilizing newspaper, radio, direct mail, television, internet or social media applications, and other
applicable media as well as public displays and exhibits for public-focused programs (for public and/or
private clients). The firm or firms selected will provide services for the Department in the functional areas
including but not limited to airports, ferry, roads, sanitary sewer, solid waste, recycling, surface water
management, public use facilities, and potable water supply.
