Contract Performance Period: Three (3) Years from Notice to Proceed
(NTP) with Two (1), One-Year Option
Periods.
The mission statement of the Department
(Department) is to ensure the quality, reliability, and sustainability of water and
wastewater services for the benefit of the ratepayers and citizens served. To pursue this
mission, the Department is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Public
Information and Outreach Consulting Services, as needed, to assist the Water
Conservation Program in their efforts to provide outstanding customer support and
outreach to its customers. Continuous and timely interaction with our customers is
paramount to the successful provision of water conservation. The work that will be
performed by the selected Consultant will assist the Department in the provision of
informing our customers about the need to conserve water.
The selected Consultant will provide public information and outreach services on an asneeded
basis to the Departments Water Conservation
Program for an initial three (3) consecutive year period starting in autumn of 2010.
