This RFP is intended to result in a blanket contract or contracts for Public Awareness, Education and Communication services that include the planning and execution of results-oriented strategies and creative services, as well as the placement of purchased or donated media most appropriate to reach a specified target audience. It is the intent of the State of Texas to solicit proposals from firms qualified to assist. DSHS and other HHS agencies in effectively developing and promoting their health and human services programs in accordance with all requirements stated herein. The initiatives, programs and health and human services to be marketed or promoted are undetermined at the time of release of this RFP.
