The purpose of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) is to evaluate and select an artist to design and commission an original piece of artwork to be located outside Sattgast Hall, Bemidji State University, Bemidji, Minnesota. The Artist shall work with the Owners appointed Project Manager, the Owners Office of the Chancellor Facilities Unit, the
Architect/Engineer (A/E) design team, related consultants and the construction contractor(s) throughout the process as applicable.
