The City invites proposal submissions from all qualified professional artists, or teams of artists from Norwalk, Connecticut, Fairfield County and or the surrounding metropolitan area to submit proposals for a permanent art installation designed for the train station. The project is open to all artists, age 18 and over, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, military status, or physical or mental disability. The permanent art installation may be constructed from existing pieces or may be commissioned.
