The City is soliciting Statements of Qualifications/ SOQ (submissions) from interested and qualified Respondents (artists or artist teams) to infuse art into the design of the new Connector, a one-third mile long, multi-modal boulevard that joins two main thoroughfares by way of a bridge over CSX railroad tracks.
