Public Address System Installation
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR part 13, supplemented with additional information provided herein. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under E14PS00094.
The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), United States Department of the Interior, has a need to purchase a PA system for the facility located at 800 W Commerce, New Orleans, LA. BSEE currently occupies all of the 3rd and 5th floors of this facility. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation.
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-58. It is the offerors responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210 titled, Electrical Contractors, with small business size representation of $14.0 Million.
