Public Access Television Services
The City invites qualified vendors to submit responses to its Request for Proposal (RFP) for a properly licensed firm to provide public access television services to the City.
In the past, the City has chosen to contract with private vendors for the management and operation of its public access cable channel. It is again accepting and will consider proposals from organizations qualified and experienced in the following:
A.) The management and operation of electronic media production and distribution equipment and facilities.
B.) The promotion and education of the public with respect to the City’s priorities for promoting community dialogue and communications via the public access television station. All official Board and Committee meetings and records are subject to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act.
