The University seeks to identify, through a Request for Information and
Qualifications, an experienced development partner who can provide expertise in the planning,
design, financing, construction and management of various on-campus buildings, including Student
Housing, a Student Union Complex, Student Health Center and Parking Facilities. Capital projects are
not yet authorized for these facilities.
