Public/ Private Partnership for Parking Development or Leasing
The University is seeking information pertaining to any potential cooperative development relationship opportunities or land sales from public and/or private entities, available along the east and west side
of the Corridor. The intent of this information is to discover any interest of those who may
own, or are contemplating the acquisition of, property within the described area for entering into
an agreement for shared use, long term leasing (i.e. 10-30 years +/-) of such property. The
potential of lease-purchases or purchases for use and development is also an option
