Psychopathy Expert Assessment Services
The Department requires a qualified Expert (psychiatrist or licensed psychologist) to perform clinical evaluations to determine if sex offenders eligible for civil commitment suffer from a Behavioral Abnormality that makes the sex offender likely to engage in a Predatory Act of sexual violence.
