Psychological Assessment
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 & 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The Government contemplates multiple awards of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), with fixed price task orders contract resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is 15DDHQ19R00000006.
Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov.
