This is a Source Sought Notice representing a market research survey and is not a Request for Quotation. NO SOLICITATION DOUMENTS EXIST AT THIS TIME. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 18, is conducting market research to identify potential Vendor Information Pages (VIP) Verified (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) sources which can provide two (2) psychiatric technicians for Phoenix, AZ VA Healthcare System located at 650 E Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012. The psychiatric technicians will perform a variety of psychological and technical support duties that facilitate the work of psychologists and psychiatrists and other members of the medical facility who provide direct patient mental health care. Duties shall include but not limited to: scheduling and monitoring appointments, prepares clinic visits, ensures patient forms are completed, screens patients, completes clinical assessments, performs standard psychological tests, interprets tests results, and submits a written interpretive report for the approval of the psychologist. These positions require knowledge of medical terminology such as psychiatric diagnostic categories. NAICS Code 561210 Facilities Support Services is applicable to determine business size standard of $38.5 million.
