Bid Description:
The Vermont Department is seeking bids for a project leader to complete initial feasibility and development work for a proposed collaboration with the Medical School, the Medical Center and the State of Vermont to create a new psychiatric inpatient program and other related services. The Department seeks project leadership services for a limited time to develop a project plan that: Engages the strengths and interests of each partner Develops a consensus project description including scope and program mission Identifies the legal, clinical, organizational, financial, and jurisdictional issues that must be addressed to carry-out the project Details specific strategies and requirements to resolve the issues identified Prepares a project implementation plan
