The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with one or multiple licensed, qualified individuals or firms for the provision of Psychiatric/Psychological Consultation Services. The county is in need of a Virginia board certified psychiatrist or Ph.D. clinical psychologist to accompany Adult and Aging caseworkers to provide consultation regarding mental health diagnosis and options for treatment, assessment o general health and welfare, and to assess client's capacity and/or need for guardianship.
