Provision of HP Hardware Maintenance and Support
The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the Provision of HP Hardware Maintenance and Support The intent of this RFP is to contract with one vendor to support the full complement of equipment. The equipment consists of Hewlett Packard HP3000, HP9000, and associated peripheral equipment, and requires service coverage 24 hours per day, 7 days a weeks (inclusive of holidays) with Guaranteed 4 hour on-site maximum response time. The vendor should have significant experience in supporting the listed systems in, but not limited to, a geographic information, municipal public safety environment and SAP environment. The vendor shall have demonstrated successful support and access to repair/replacement parts for all listed equipment. The vendor shall have the technical skills and a solid history of problem resolution in a timely manner. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Services. included as Attachment A in the RFP Document.
