The city is seeking to engage the services of a qualified advertising/ marketing agency to assist with services that may include, but are not limited to, developing and producing creative concepts primarily for: direct mail, magazine and ROP advertising, brochures, maps, stationery, invitations, events, logos, outdoor, display/POP, broadcast and the internet.
