The Water Meter RFP Panel intent is to have a small team of preferred Service Providers that
in the Water Meter RFP Panels sole discretion best matches the objectives of the Rakaia
Selwyn Cluster Group and Environment Canterbury. Environment Canterbury may add or
remove to the list of Approved Service Providers on any basis it may determine at any time.
