The Department of state Health services is issuing and Enrollment Contract opportunity to establish a mechanism whereby certified Emergency Medical Service (EMS) personnel, emergency response personnel, and Nurses may be deployed to provide emergency medical care without an accompanying ambulance unit in a pending or actual disaster.
