Notice is hereby given that the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County is requesting sealed proposals by 3pm, Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 1940 Traylor Blvd. Orlando Florida, 32804 or received at PO Box 540387, Orlando, Florida 32854.
The Provider Quality Assurance Services sought are for Early Learning Providers in Orange County, Florida and consist of the following projects: Child Screenings and Assessments; Provider Program Evaluations; and Health and Safety Inspections. Single or multiple proposals will be accepted. Hard copies and electronic documents containing requirements, specifications, and other pertinent information will be available no later than 4pm on February 09, 2009 at the Coalition office or at www.elcoc.org/procurement.html.
A written Notice of Intent to Submit an Application for this solicitation is due to the Procurement Officer (PO) at the address above or via email to the PO, by 5pm on February 16, 2009. A mandatory Proposers Conference will be held at the Coalition office at 1:30 pm on February 27, 2009. All other dates and events are included in the solicitation.
