Change made per the Federal Business Opportunities Synopsis dated 25 Nov 2014 as follows:
FROM: All bids shall be submitted through the ASFI located at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. FAXED, EMAILED or MAIL PACKAGED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All bids shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt (see Block 8 on the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment). Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible bidder.
TO: Bidders shall deliver in person or mail completed bid packages to MICC - Fort Knox, Bldg 1109B Ste 256, 199 6th Ave, Fort Knox, KY 40121-5720. FAXED or EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
