Provide professional services of a Registered Nurse in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District Occupational Health Unit. Up to four (4) positions: 1) 1600 hrs/year, 2) 1200 hrs/year, 3) and 4) are both as needed not to exceed 300 hrs/year.
Provide professional services of a Registered Nurse as directed by the government Occupational Health Nurse in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District Occupational Health Unit, located in Louisville, Kentucky in the Ron Mazzoli Federal Building, Room 138. These medical services are for all government employees in the participating agencies and others in an emergency situation. Up to four (4) Firm Fixed Price awards will be made from this solicitation. One (1) award for providing professional services of a Registered Nurse for four (4) days (equaling thirty two (32) hours) per week, one (1) award for providing these services for three (3) days (equaling twenty four (24) hours) per week, and two (2) awards for providing these services on an 'As-Needed' basis (PRN).
