Provide iACE Software for University of South Carolina, Upstate Campus
1) The contractor must have worked with a South Carolina state
agency in a similar capacity within the past 5 years and provide
a recent, satisfactory reference.
2) The application must be written in Microsoft.Net for a server
running Windows IIS.
3) The softwar e modules must be fully integrated and provide a
full multi‐tier architecture
4) Provide complete functionality in one product on a single,
proven architecture
5) All will be pilot tested with USC staff prior to production and
validation
