Provide feasibility and planning services for the historic restoration of property
This is for a letter of intent.
The University of Vermont and State Agricultural College (UVM) is soliciting Letters of Interest from New England area Architectural firms to submit to provide feasibility and planning services for the historic restoration and renovation to 61 Summit Street and associated property located in Burlington, VT. Services required include pre-schematic design documents, project cost estimates, financial modeling, renderings for marketing purposes and concept presentation. Historic restoration experience is required.
Letter of Interest must be received no later than Wednesday, May 13, 2009 to be considered. The University will review all Letters and recommend a reasonable number of firms to receive the Request for Proposal to be issued May 25, 2009.
