The contractor is responsible labor and material for removal of the old locks, furnishing of the new locks, installation of the new locks, furnishing three keys per lock (keys must match the existing key system), and any necessary minor repairs
and adjustments to the door or frame at know additional cost to the Board (the prices stated must include all of the above). Any work above and beyond the price stated herein must be approved by the project manager prior to start of work.
