Provide Web, Webinar, Online Instruction, and Video Production In American Sign Language
The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Commission of Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing Minnesotans), is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to
1) An online Video Course: Partners in Policymaking: Making Your Case adapted for deaf , deafblind and hard of hearing people in American Sign language
2) An online Course: Partners in Policymaking: Making Your Case adapted for deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing people in written English
3) Webinars or other online media that describe the process of contracting for open and closed captioning of videos and separate products that describe the process of how to caption videos in house and demonstrations of how to have an online meeting captioned.
4) Production of video content in American Sign Language of 10 to 12 videos that are ten to thirty minutes in length on subjects that are currently provided on state websites in written English and other written languages.
