Provide Tent and Party Accessories Rental
The City is seeking a vendor(s) to provide tent and party accessories rental for various City events throughout the year. Tents and accessories required shall vary by event. Tents or equipment shall be brought out and picked up the day of the event - if there are additional fees for after hours delivery or pick up, please include them within Schedule of Pricing. All tents and equipment shall be in clean and operating condition and tent covers shall be clean and free of excessive holes. City shall have final say on tent cleanliness and condition. If tents are not to City standards, the City will request that a different tent be brought out prior to the event starting. Vendor shall anchor
tents and equipment, as required, with either water barrels (covered) or with anchors. The City may or may not be able to provide water to fill the barrels (dependent upon location) - if there is an additional charge for vendor to provide water, please include this in your pricing. Tents may be erected on asphalt or grass depending on the City location.
