Provide Software Support And/Or A Fully Hosted Solution For A PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning System
Software support services to include but not limited to bug fixes, patches, tax updates, customizations support and third party software integration maintenance and support to ensure best practices and optimal performance of the ERP system. The proposal replaces the Citys use of Oracle support. The successful proposer shall provide assistance and upgrade scripts to City technical staff who will perform the updates. The proposer shall guarantee that any software support and updates shall be legal and authorized; be in accordance with the published specifications; and perform the function for which it was designed and manufactured. The solution will provide Help Desk support to support the current system.
