Provide Refrigerated and Non-Refrigerated Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, materials (including incidentals and expendables, e.g., oil, gaskets, filters, lubricants and cleaners) and test equipment, required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory repair and preventive maintenance of the District's refrigerated and non-refrigerated equipment.
