Provide Professional Public Relations Services

The Valley Association of Governments is requesting proposals from
qualified consultants to provide Professional Public Relations Services. The
consultant will enter into a two year contract with CVAG from November 2, 2009
to October 31, 2011. The initial focus of the services is to coordinate upcoming
CVAG public events to kick off or dedicate various interchange (i.e. Palm
Drive/Gene Autry/I-10 and Indian Caynon/I-10), street, bridge or other
transportation projects. Experience with such events is highly desirable. Other
potential tasks are outlined below.
