The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Atlanta Acquisition Office, AAQ-510ATL, College Park, Georgia has a new requirement for Janitorial Services at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Base Building and ESU Building, Standiford Field, Louisville (Jefferson County), Kentucky and all work shall be in accordance with the attached Specifications and Performance Requirements.
The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be used to meet FAAbs criteria. This procurement is intended to result in an award of a firm-fixed price contract.
This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. First Tier 8(a) Socially, Economically, and Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB); Second Tier Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); Third Tier Small Businesses; and Fourth Tier Large Businesses as described in Part IV b Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561720, Janitorial Services with a size standard of $16.5 million.
