Response to Vendor Questions:
Question #1: Is this a scheduled hard transition on 8/27? Is there a transition window and what is the time frame?
RESPONSE: No there is no transition or phase in period for this service. The new contractor must be ready to begin performance (delivering helium to 12 sites) on August 27, 2014.
Question #2: Does the 420 represent the stock on hand at all times, or is this the volume of cylinders rented over a 12 month period? Are the balances for the cylinders for the full year, or what they currently have on hand at each location.
RESPONSE: This does not represent the correct quantity (See revised qtys in Amendment 0001) Also, refer to Attachment 1 for storage limits (Tank size and qty) at each of the 12 sites.
